SYNLAIT FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME

SYNLAIT FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME

FOCUSSED ON BUILDING A PIPELINE OF FUTURE LEADERS FOR OUR FAST-GROWING COMPANY.

KICK-START
YOUR CAREER

Future Leaders programme is a three year program rotating you through a variety of key roles to provide a solid foundation for your future.

You will receive world-class leadership training that culminates in you being placed into your first leadership role. From there, with Synlait mentors, your on-going progress is monitored and continues with accelerated development for high performers.

A LEADERSHIP
PROGRAMME WITH
AN EDGE

This isn’t any ordinary graduate programme, and we aren’t looking for average graduates.

The Synlait Future Leaders programme is about creating the executives of the future - those super ambitious graduates who want to be at the forefront of a leading NZ company.

For the lucky few who are selected, your development will be carefully planned to provide the right foundational development and experiences, and the senior team will monitor your progress all the way.

ONLY THE BEST SHOULD APPLY

We’re seeking final year students (or those who have graduated in the past two years) who want to be at the top of a leading NZ company.

It’s likely that you will come from a science, engineering or technology discipline, however we recognise the value of diversity and welcome you to apply if you think this is for you and your qualification is from a different discipline.

We have great ambitions and clear goals for the future – and you will too. If you’re really driven to become a senior leader, keep reading.

Analytical, critical thinking, adaptability and creativity are some of the words you might use to describe yourself. Perhaps you would summarise yourself as someone who thinks outside the square and always wants better.

Importantly, you don’t want us to hold your hand. You will be flexible and mobile – given our growth you can expect to move around as part of your development.

As well as having great academic results in your discipline, you’re likely to have been involved in (or led) student groups or voluntary roles, or have already started your working life in some way, or even a business.
